Klaviyo Connector

The Klaviyo Connector enables you to send shipment status events from Carriyo to Klaviyo. These events are displayed in Klaviyo as a new metric called "Carriyo Shipment Status Update", which can be used to trigger workflows for automating customer journeys and notifications.

• Customizable Shipment Triggers : Choose which shipment status events to send to Klaviyo based on your needs. For example, you can send updates when a shipment is Booked , Shipped , or Delivered . If you want to track failed deliveries, you can also send the Failed Delivery Attempt events.
• Real-Time Updates : Status updates are sent in real-time, allowing you to build dynamic and engaging customer journeys in Klaviyo for post-purchase e-commerce experiences.
